Manages the non-technical development and implementation of features and functionality on multiple website platforms and implements new platforms as needed. Manages team responsible for analyzing business requirements for UI impact, creating UI designs to meet those requirements, creating mock-ups, working with Creative Services on design approvals, and producing detailed functional specifications. Establishes clear processes to ensure the team works closely with software developers and stakeholders to implementation changes to the website platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education required.
• Eight or more years Web site experience, preferably in consumer services.
  

• Two or more years experience managing a team where you have hired/fired/reviewed team members (Line Manager, in other words)

• Responsible for all the user modeling and targeting features based on users’ behavioral data acquired from in-house and external sources.
• Analyzes the user data and develops algorithms to build user segments.
• Also interacts with other functions within the company to provide them with ad-hoc reports needed to drive various initiatives.
• This engineer will have domain expertise in behavioral targeting or related areas, have very good data analysis skills, knowledge of algorithms and programming skills.

• Responsible for algorithms, data processing and related systems needed for inventory reporting and forecasting.
• Also the primary owner of algorithms and process for yield optimization and reporting.
• Advises other business functions on inventory demand and supply levels and does ad-hoc analysis and reporting on inventory.
• This engineer will ideally have applied math and computer science background, have experience in processing large amounts of data, ideally on distributed systems  and have good programming skills

• Responsible for building machine learned predictive models, developing new features with the help of others on the targeting team, and building metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of models.
  
• This engineer is also responsible for build optimization algorithms for ad serving but the production code for those algorithms will be written by ad server engineers. 
• This engineer will have machine learning and statistics knowledge and very good data analysis skills. Will have some programming experience.

• Relatively junior engineer responsible for building software to collect training data and monitor the quality, building simulation tools and running them, and deploying A/B testing and analyzing the results.
• This engineer will primarily be a tools developer with knowledge of several different technologies from scripting languages to databases and programming languages.
• Must have computer science or applied math background.
